Full-furnished and equipped apartments
All apartments are completely furnished and equipped to offer maximum comfort for our guests. Each apartment consists of lounge (usually with sofa bed), bedroom(s), private bathroom(s) and fully equipped kitchen with all amenities (toaster, microwave oven, cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker etc.). Apartments are equipped with a phone connection and we charge standard SPT Telecom fee per unit – no extra cost. Apartments of higher category level are equipped with a washing machine that can be very useful when travelling with children.
Flexibility, independence and privacy - Feel yourself like at home!
You will enjoy maximum flexibility and independence and complete privacy.
You can use the apartment for leisure, socializing or business meetings.
You can invite your friends or additional persons to stay with you and you will pay no extra cost.
You can come and leave any time you wish.
You can stay together with your children in the same apartment, but you don't have to share a room with them.

Apartments vary in size from studios to three bedrooms, to be able to accommodate a single business traveller or even the whole family.

- you can use apartments as your floating hotel when you relocate your employees but pay only for the time you stay in the apartment
Unrestricted lengths of stay
There is no restriction on minimum and maximum number of nights; you can book it for one night or even for several months.

Maid service
Obligatory final cleaning and maid service twice a week is included in the price. Daily maid service available on request.
Drink and beverage delivery
This service is provided daily upon client's request. If it's provided on the day of maid service, delivery is free of charge. On any other days we charge 100 CZK per delivery.
Laundry and dry cleaning
This service is provided daily upon client's request. If it's provided on the day of maid service, delivery is free of charge. On any other days we charge 100 CZK per delivery.
Phone
Apartments are equipped with a phone connection. If you wish to have telephone, please ask for phone installation at the time of reservation.
24 hour emergency service
We provide an emergency service to help clients with unexpected situations on a 24hours a day basis. You can contact us anytime you need help, on phone number: +420-2-24 990 900.
Free airport shuttle
Complimentary one-way airport shuttle is offered for all apartment reservations over 200 EUR/person (min. 2 persons).
Baggage transfer
If your flight/train departure is later than the check-out time, we will collect your baggage and keep them in the management office until transfer time.
