jezza25Leeds´s review Excellent Accomodation
I stayed in Masna for 6 months with other work colleagues. The apartments are big and clean and have everything you require. If you need anything, the staff are only too happy to help. The location is fantastic too!!

SaltaireClaire´s review Really spacious apartment
Very spacious and comfortable one bedded apartment, with a lovely living room and separate kitchen/diner. Well equipped and modern kitchen, L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, huge bed and huge shower. (No bath, but I guess you can't have everythng!) Also had a balcony (apartment 24). Friendly staff and great location near the river and National Theatre. Would recommend!

Masna 5 and the Prague City Apartments guest service are fantastic

After a long flight from Canada we were absolutely pleased to open the door to our apartment (#203). Very clean with an open concept living room / kitchen and large bathroom and bedroom which made us feel at home immediately. There was a small balcony off of the bedroom which was perfect for testing the weather outside or taking in the sights and sounds of Masna street. Location wise it was great as Staroměstské náměstí is a 3 minute walk with pubs and shopping along the way. There is a nice little shop a few doors down where you can grab beer / wine, and Bohemia Bagel is nearby for a quick meal and cheap international phone calls. The nearby Palladium Shopping Centre, along with the obvious, has an Albert Supermarket where you can get anything you need grocery wise. Along with the above, the guest service is excellent. There is a 24/7 online chat service available to handle any needs, and the main office staff at Divadelni 24 are so helpful it is beyond description. We also felt very safe in both the building and surrounding area. The only very slightly negative comment we would have is that there is some street noise at night. Keep in mind that it is near one of the busiest tourist areas (we were also there at Christmas), and that the M1 bar is just down the street. All of the positives far outweigh this comment, and if you think the noise may be a problem, request a courtyard room instead of one facing Masna street. We stayed in room #304 upon our return to Prague after a week in Cesky Krumlov and it was much quieter. We spent a fair amount of time selecting an apartment for our stay in Prague and could not be happier. We will stay at Masna 5, or at the least another Prague City Apartments venue when we return.

We stayed at number 33, the 3-bedroom apartment. It has a terrace, a spacious lounge with 3 comfortable couches, a dining room with space for 6, a well-appointed kitchen and 3 huge bedrooms with big, comfortable bed. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi. The other, shared bathroom has a big shower. The location couldn't be better, right around the corner from the Old Town Square. For such a central location, there was surprisingly little noise (my bedroom was on the street side). Reservation and check-in were very smooth; the staff are very friendly. The free WiFi was great, too. We did have a little misunderstanding regarding the return transfer to the airport, where they charged my credit card because of a no-show (when in fact they had got the time wrong), but this was resolved quickly and the money was refunded. If you're sharing with a few people, this works out cheaper than most hotels, and it's a wonderful feeling to have a "home" in the middle of Prague!

I had such a hard time when I was searching for a reasonable place to stay in Prague. We were traveling with my daughter, who had just turned one, along with my husband, mom, and my great aunt. It just made sense to get an apartment after comparing prices with hotels in the area. It practically came to the same price, except that you get MUCH more room at Karolina! (Not to mention that I got that 10% coupon applied! Score!) After reading the reviews here, I didn't hesitate to book our stay. 5 nights at #44! In the meantime, the customer service is A-MAZING! They were always available to chat through their website and answer any and all questions that I had. Stephan was the person I chatted with most and gets 5 stars!!The Apartment was so modern and clean. They had a baby cot waiting in the room for us. Complementary airport pickup worked out perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was totally comfy! I can't stop raving about this place! Location was great!!! Walking distance to everything (which was important since we had the baby). It was right down the street from a Tesco where we could buy whatever we needed. My husband and I particularly liked Cafe Slavia about a block away. and also a block away was a pizza place that was open late - great for when we arrived late from the airport. For anyone traveling with toddlers, we found Restaurant Zofin which was THE most kid friendly place you could find (and affordable). sigh... i miss prague. Seriously, just a couple of blocks away and you see the castle across the waters... breathtaking. No regrets if you stay here.

The apartment we stayd in really was a pleasentt surprise; it had a luxury of a hotel room, the size of a bigger city appartment and the location could not have been better. And the apartment was cleaned up daily though it wasn't a hotel room arrangement! Fresh, big, nice and close to everything. One separate toilet is the only add on I can think of I later thought would have been nice.

Great Location

Our family rented Apt. 42 and 32 for three nights. Apt.42 is very spacious, bright and airy, with a great view from the terrace. The view by itself is worth all the money, especially at night. Apt. 32 had all the amenities but the rooms were not as big and bright as 42. When the guests at Apt. 41 had left we peeked into the apt. and liked it much better than 32. If you need two apartments, like we did for the 10 people in our family, we recommend 42 and 41 for spaciousness and brightness. However, the large windows of Apt. 41 face Karlova which is a busy street on the tourist path, with groups passing by constantly from morning till night. If you're sensitive to noise then 32 is better as it is set back in the building. We did not have a noise problem in Apt. 42 as the windows in the bedrooms face the sky. It was great to lay in bed at night and see the stars and the moon. It was also wonderful to sit on the terrace and enjoy the view and hear in the background the murmur of the tourists below. It made us feel like locals! The staff at PragueCityApartments were very friendly and helpful. When we locked ourselves out because we forgot the key they sent someone promptly to open it up for us. When we couldn't figure out how to operate the HVAC unit they sent their handyman to help us out. Great service.

Great location away from the crowds of Old Town but still close enough to walk there. Very clean and comfortable with very helpful staff. So nice to have the option of a kitchen to make our own breakfast. Very spacious and well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher etc. Very close to Charles Bridge and other sights. We would certainly stay there again upon our return to Prague.

Overall this property provides a lot of value for the rates charged. It is within walking distance of the old square, and convenient to other major sites, shopping, and transit. The unit was spacious and great for young families as it had a washing machine (hang clothes to dry, as with most places in Europe) and large bedrooms. The only drawbacks are that there is no elevator, and the rooms feel rather dark since not much natural light gets in from the narrow street. I would have rated this a 5 but the unit came with almost no toiletries/sundries, and they held back on replenishing simple things like the provided tea bags. Nice touches like that would be expected for a property of this caliber. The included free transfer from the train station was flawless and professional, we used them again for our return journey.

Best apartment stay I've had in Europe

StarStarStarStarStar

14.06.2010

I recently stayed at the Residence Rybna (apartment 22) over 4 days. I must say that after many stays in short stay apartments throughout Europe – this was the best! The staff Unfortunately my flight into Prague was severely delayed. However a 1.30am arrival time, caused no problems with the Prague City Apartment staff. They still had a driver waiting for me. In all of my interaction with the staff, everything was dealt quickly and with professionalism. With short stay apartments, you can sometimes get caught up in rules and regulations; however within 10mins of arriving at their office (which is about a 5min drive from Residence Rybna) I was back in the car and on my way to the apartment. Upon the day of leaving the apartment, I requested a later checkout as my flight wasn’t leaving until 9.00pm. Unfortunately it was possible as new guests were arriving that afternoon, but one of the staff members said that someone would come and collect my luggage and leave it at their office and I could collect my baggage when I was ready so I could still spend the day sightseeing without my luggage. I thought this was fantastic service. The apartment I found the size of the 1 bedroom apartment extremely generous for a short stay. Living area was of a great size, the furniture was of high quality, the kitchen was well contained and bed was extremely comfortable. If I was staying any longer I do think the size of the kitchen would become a problem, however for a few days stay – it is fine. The location The location of Residence Rybna I thought was fantastic. It’s not near the Charles Bridge or the river, so those wanting a true tourist location, may find it too far out. However I found it extremely central - it’s only a 2 minute walk to the Old Town center and very close it nice restaurants and bars. It’s also only a 2 minute walk to the closest metro station (Náměstí Republiky – yellow line), fantastic shopping center (Palladium) and a large supermarket (Albert). The only problem I had with the location was around 12.00am until 2.00am. The voices of many drunken tourists leaving bars close-by can really be annoying. But after 1am it is no longer a problem. I guess if you can’t beat them – join them! The issues 1. The safe was not unlocked from the previous guest - therefore I had no secure way of storing valuables. 2. There was no indication of when and what time the cleaning or replacement of towels was. Overall, apart from a few small issues, my experience staying at the Rybna apartments was fantastic and thoroughly recommended to others. I can honestly say that I will be staying here again when I return it Prague.

13.06.2010

We booked apartment 32 online using the Prague City Apartment website via online chat with payment through a secure server. They also provide free transportation from the airport if booked in advance. The apartment itself had plenty of space and is in a good location - easy walking distance of main sights and with the main shopping area literally around the corner - although set in a quiet residential street. There is a washer/dryer; dishwasher; free wi-fi and daily maid service. In my experience this is rarely available in an apartment. Staff in the offices around the corner were so friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a trip on a jazz boat, gave advice on other trips. We decided to stay an extra couple of nights while there and they gave us free access to a pc to change and print off flight information, no hassle in reserving and booking the extra two nights and dropped off in person the key card to cover the extra two nights ( entrances are via a key card rather than an actual key). We had a little balcony at the back of the block, and as other reviews have mentioned there is a small beer garden below amidst the trees. This was never a concern when we were there, despite some lovely sunny weather. The pub/restaurant seemed to shut between 11pm and 12pm at the latest and seemed to be used by locals. We saw little evidence of 'wild Hen/stag type groups by keeping to the quiter local bars. We ended up staying a week - two nights longer than originally planned and had a wonderful time. Thank you Prague City Apartments for providing great service and great value.

Although this is no frills service in order to offer attractive rates, I liked the concept. You can book on their website which has a number of properties in Prague with price and pictures of each hotel apartment which were spacious, nicely decorated and looked like picture on their internet site. My apartment even had a washing machine (too bad no dryer) which was still convenient. Location is great, 10 min to center of Prague. I would highly recommend, one of the nicest accommodations I have had in Europe, and certainly best one of the best values!

We stayed at Masna Residence 5 (Apartment No. 401) as the last stay of a 5-week trip through Europe. We arranged for a taxi to take us to the managing agent's office to finalise paperwork and pick up the key to the apartment. The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and professional in finalising all arrangements. The studio apartment is so spacious with large entry, large bathroom, and a separate entry to a large kitchen/bedroom/TV area/dining area and computer desk. A great secure apartment in a quiet street, and only a 3-minutes walk to the Old Town Square where it all happens in Prague. Other major attractions in Prague were also within easy walking distance of this well-located apartment. We definitely reccommend these apartments.

Residence Rybna by PragueCityApartments was just an excellent place to stay. It blew away all expectations and we were so happy we booked it instead of a regular hotel. The apartment was beautiful, modern, spacious, comfortable and it was in a great location. It was only a few minutes from Old Town Square that is lively with a lot activity. Everything in Old Town is picturesque and Rybna is right there in a great spot. My friend says, "There's a postcard around every corner." It was also only a couple minutes from the big Palladium mall in case you need to pick up groceries or something you need. The main office for check-in is a separate location because PragueCityApartments has multiple locations besides Rybna. So you'll have to make a stop at the office before the apartment. The staff was very helpful. Three weeks before the trip, the gentleman on the phone/instant chat was very helpful while booking. When we checked in, the young lady at the office was very friendly and charming. She was very helpful and got us started on a great trip!

Based on the pictures and reviews, my expectations were pretty high. It absolutely met and exceeded them. I couldnt of been more pleased with the location, size, quality and everything else this apartment had to offer. I guess if I had to critique something it was that there is nobody at a front desk in that it is an apartment. When my tv wasnt working, I ended up rewiring all of the cable wires that were set up wrong. No big deal at all for us though. The room really was perfect, especially for the money.

My family and I stayed in the National Theater Apartments during a 2-day trip to Prague. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was plently big for 4 adults and two children. The apartment was clean and the furnishings sufficient. Certainly not fancy by any means, but definitely good enough for what we needed. We paid about 110 Euros per night which is an excellent rate for the six of us. The location is good as well. About a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge, 15 minutes to Old Town Square and 2 minutes to a major tram stop that goes up to the Prague Castle. There is also a metro stop about 5 minutes from the apartment. There are restaurants nearby and a place that sells breakfast right outside the door. I have no reservations about recommending this apartment to others.

Luxury with privacy

24.02.2010

I stayed at apartment#11 for 3 days prior to checking into another hotel in Prague. This is a well managed organization because everything from my online booking to my check in process was excellent was hassle free. The apt office is located about 5 minutes walk away on another street. This means you need to check into the reception office instead of the listed apartment address. Olga from the reception desk was professional and provided the warmth and welcome you do not find in some hotels. The apartments are very modern, stylish, spacious and very clean with daily maid service. It is well situated within walking distance to old town, Charles Bridge and the new town and all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen had all the amenities you needed with elegant contemporary design. Next the living room was large, spacious with nice furniture and a sofa bed to watch TV. The bed room had a huge comfortable bed which was attached to a closet room and a toilet which included a washer/dryer. My experience with several apartment hotels in Moscow and Kiev were negative because they never provided the essentials such as dish soap, washing powder, daily room cleaning or even a clean non rusted kettle (hazard free). The point I am addressing is the attention to fine detail that is very often missed by apartment hotels. Additional bonus and important to me was the free WIFI included in the room. The accommodation was comparable to 5 stars in terms of luxury but gave you all the added benefits of space, a nice kitchen, washer/dryer and privacy. The check out process was hassle free and I would highly recommend this for people needing space and location in the centre of the city.

Our group of three stayed in the only 2 bed apartment in the National Theatre apartments in Prague for one week in January 2010. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable in a great location right in the city centre with Narodni street (the local shopping street with a handy Tesco store) just around the corner. We booked through Prague-city-apartments and their office is only a 5 minute walk away, is open 24 hours and has very helpful, friendly staff. The building is well secured on a quiet side street and has a lift to all floors. Our apartment was on the top floor with 2 lovely balconies, a large one to the front and a smaller one to the back, with views over the rooftops and directly onto the National Theatre. The accommodation was snug and warm, well equipped with all mod cons and a plentiful supply of hot water. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were immaculate with plenty of towels and basic toiletries supplied. There are a good selection of local cafes, restaurants and bars on the nearby streets, including a late night convenience store just around the corner. I recommend a slightly longer 5 minute walk to the Cafe Louvre on Narodni for an unparalleled culinary experience, breakfast, lunch or dinner. The whole smorgasbord of the Old Town is just a short stroll away, you need not worry about transport at all while you stay here, the whole of Prague city centre is very compact and right on your doorstep. These apartments represent excellent value for money and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any visitors to lovely Praha city.

Amazing apartment

27.12.2009

I had the most wonderful stay in Prague of all my many trips to Prague, in the Prague City Apartment called National Theatre Apartment from July 13 to August 14, 2009. This hidden gem was located on a quiet street that was around the corner to a major street in Prague where most trams pass on their way to the metro which is a couple of blocks away. There was a great deal of quiet privacy in this apartment on the 5th floor (7th floor by American count) near the lift but yet it was close to everything in the city that was needed. Only a short walk to plenty of shopping, museums, Old Town, etc. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and had a long covered balcony accessable from the bedroom or living area through French Doors with a lovely view of the Prague Castle in the distance and the National Theatre next door. Many evenings were passed sipping wine from that balcony gazing at the buildings which were gloriusl when the lights were turned on at night. It was wonderul chatting with friends and family there. Cool breezes from the balcony kept the apartment cool in the summer months. The apartment was well equipt with everything necessary for a long stay. The full kitchen was used frequently for meals and a lovely dining area was there to enjoy as well. Wi-Fi kept me in touch with business associates as well as the cable television. The bath was large and very well equipt with a washing machine. The bedroom was most comfortable and spacious with plenty of storage for all. All furniture in the apartment appeared to be new and carefully chosen. It was modern but comfortable with elegent touches in the decor. Management was most responsive to the needs of travelers and generous in their welcoming to Prague by picking us up at the train station and taking us to the train when departing. They provided for our every need with their hospitality and generosity. Communications were excellent prior to arriving so it made for a fabulous stay. I must thank Ivana for all her help. She was wonderful. Many wonderful places were nearby for fine dining as well as casual dining. The location was ideal for shopping and sightseeing within walking distance although there was plenty of public transportation nearby if needed. The Vitalva river was only a short 4 minutes away and a pleasure to walk by each evening while gazing at the boats and waters lapping at the shore. It was picturesque to say the least. I felt really at home there during this stay as I became more familiar with the local places, sights and people.

Rybna a places you could love

StarStarStarStarStar

17.12.2009

I stayed for two week at the apartments called Rybna Czech Republic. (prague-city-apartments)The apartment was fantastic you did have to be a little careful in one of the bedrooms as the beams did make it an obstacle cores. My experienced regarding the hospitality of the staff was incredible from the time we check in until our departure I had not had service like it before. It was so nice to know that all the staff was there to help from the receptionist right up to the Directors they would put them selves out for your needs. The cleaner came twice a week but if you needed any thing they would be there as soon as possible. It was beautifuly looked after. The location could not have been better 5min-yes 5 min from the old town and the astronomical clock. At night there was no noise so we had undisturbed sleep every night which is a help when you have had a hard day out. The only inconvenience is that there is no lift and the steps up to the top apartments can be difficult with your luggage. Not suitable for disable people. I would recommend this apartment to any families, couples and the businessman. It was a pleasant experience and one that I would gratefully use again.

Apartment: The apartment is really big - a big sitting room, a big bed room, nice bathroom and good kitchen. Me and my partner enjoyed very much with the facilities.Location: Though the location is not on main street, the building is quiet, and in fact just a few steps to get to the tram way. But a bit far from the Metro. Service: Good. Reception is helpful and good attitude. Cleaning is also good. Very Satisfied!

Masna Appartments: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

12.11.2009

We stayed in an one-bedroom studio at the 4rth floor of Residence Masna 5. The room was very comfortable, tasteful, modern and clean. They provided cleaning services on a daily basis, including changing the towels and washing the dishes. The receptionists were very polite, fluent in English and prompt to provide any kind of tourist information. We could even buy tickets for the theatre from the hotel reception(without additional charge). Although we had some inconvenience in the first day in relation to the hot water, the heating and the function of the sattelite TV, it turned out to be minor as the hotel staff proceeded with fixing all of it immediately. Last, but not least, the hotel is located very close to the Old Square, which is the most central area in Prague. Regarding the price, as November is a low-season for Prague, we booked a room with a discount, so it was really value for money, in our case. In general, we do not consider it expensive, as the appartments provide all facilities of a full house. The only thing that might be little uncomfortable is the fact that the reception is open from 8am to 12pm, while for the rest of the day the reception available resides at another address. However, the distances are very small and that did not cause any trouble to us.

Amazing Apartments - Beautiful Space

StarStarStarStarStar

These apartments are a goldmine set right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions and visitor spots in Prague. An easy 5-10 minute walk to the Square where there are markets and some beautiful sites and sights! These apartments are immaculately laid out and the owners have thought of every amenity a traveller would need - especially for a short trip and hand luggage only travellers - hair dryers, towels, crockery everything! The cost of the apartment for the location to restaurants and sites is a bargain and I would recommend them to anyone, especially travelling in a group of friends or family.

The best thing for me was the location for sure, just a short walk and you are in the Old Town Square which is so beutiful and rich in history and culture. Also directly across the road is a great cafe with really good food and internet. There is a night club near by if you want to partey on the way home too. The whole trip was made so much better by finding this apartment. We had to stay the last night in a hotel which cost a lot more and was so small and noisy from the street below I got about 1 hr sleep so was gutted we could not get it for the whole stay. The apartment was very quiet, had good size to stetch out with nice tv and also good sized bathroom and kitchen too! The apartment block has an office directly at the bottom of the builing so if there was any issues they looked after you. Basically was awsome!

The location is very central and convenient to all sites as it's just around the corner from the Old Town Square. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Decor is modern albeit a bit stark. Bathrooms were great, rooms were spacious (we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment but can fit 6 comfortably), nice kitchen, has washing machine/dryer. Cleaner came every other day to change towels and sheets. Overall, apartment is great for groups or families who want a reasonably priced accommodation that is right in the middle of the most exciting part of Prague.

Wedding in Prague

StarStarStarStarStar

19.10.2009

I visited Prague with my husband, brother, his wife to be and her brother. We chose Masna because of location and the price. My brother had a marriage ceremony in the main cathedral, which is just a few minutes walk from Masna Apartments and he was a student, so we didn't really considered an expensive hotel. I was extremely surprised to discover a large clean flat with a big light bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern TV set with huge screen. We stayed on the 5th floor and the young couple with their brother on the 6th floor where they had a double bedroom and additional room for the third person. I wouldn't believe we are getting all this for something like EUR85 per night. A lovely bakery just around the corner, gourmet restaurant and few other lovely places are literally 2-4 minutes walk, so we had plenty of choice for our celebration. The flat was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 5 people and the cleaning ladies even did two birds from the towels on the wedding day, so that the young couple had discovered them in their bedroom once they were back. I am now recommending the place to my friend who are planning to marry in Prague.

Perfect place to stay in Prague

This summer we visited Prague for the first time and chose to stay at Residence Karolina after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. It's so hard to know what to look for when you are unfamiliar with an area, but we were thrilled with our choice - the location in Old Town was convenient to everything, yet was quiet enough to be an escape from the crowds in Old Town Square. We had a spacious 2-bedrooom apartment (#23) with a cute balcony overlooking the street, a state of the art kitchen, washer/dryer, free wireless internet....it was exactly what we were looking for. There was a Tesco supermarket a few blocks away, and plenty of restaurants and other shops nearby. In fact, it was so conveniently located that we did not really use the metro or tram system, even though stops for those were also nearby. We enjoyed walking everywhere, including Old Town Square, the Castle, Mala Strana, Nove Mesto, and Wenceslas Square. Our family of four had a very comfortable stay in this self-service apartment (concierge was a block away, but that was no problem) and we would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Prague.

This apartment was perfect for our group of 6. 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. In a fantastic location a short walking distance from the Old Town - lots of restaurants and nite life nearby. Immaculate. We never could get the television to work and the three flights of stairs with our lugguage were tough, but it was worth it for the value. Note: it is an apartment, so you're on your own - there is an office you can call if you have any issues. There is daily maid service, but no other amenities.

A friend and I stayed in this apartment for 12 days.It is in a stunning and completely renovated late 19th century building. The apartment is exactly like it is pictured on the web-site. Everything was perfect and worked well. Zorica, The front deks answered all emails quickly and was there to meet us at the building when we arrived. We were interested in classical music and the apartment in just a few blacks from The Rudolfinium, the Czech Philharmonic orchestra hall. You can get to all three opera houses very easily from Brehova street. The house cleaning was impeccable. There were 24 hour doormen who spoke English and were very friendly and hepful. 5 stars!!!

The two bedroom apartment we rented was very nicely furnished and quite spacious. Its location could not be more central, with easy walking access to the city center and only two block sfrom the Charles bridge. When we walked into the apartment for the first time, all we could say was "Wow!" We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend it to others. Equally as impressive was the assistance received from Prague City Apartment staff. They helped with everything from airport transportation to tours.

We stayed in a Rybna 1 bedroom apartment, which is suitable for 4 persons. The location is superb, especially if you go out clubbing at night. There are lots of bars and clubs at walking distance from the apartment. The entrance was the only minor thing, it looked like construction work was still going on. The apartment was superb, if I would return to Prague I would surely book Rybna again.

Residence Karlova is nice!

StarStarStarStarStar

We stayed in apt 41. It has plenty of space and great bathrooms. The decor is abit bland ( it appears the pictures on the website are somewhat staged) and sitting on the sofa/loveseat was like sitting on wood. The location of Residence Karlova couldn't have been better. Go right you're at Old Town Square and left to Charles Bridge. Sometime a little bit noisy. It was great that the maid came daily to clean and provide fresh towels but she enters "without" knocking. Look before leaving the shower. ( btw: she doesn't speak a word of English) We rented our apartment through Prague City Apartments and they couldn't have been better. We loved Prague!

This apartment and the excellent company that operates it is the best online discoveries and booking we have ever made. Tne standards of service before arrival, on arrival and during the stay were faultless. The apartment was spotlessly clean and serviced daily; it was well equipped, warm, comfortable and secure. The convenient location was perfect for sight-seeing, concerts, shopping and transport connections. We were met at the airport (from a very heavily delayed flight) and taken to the front door of the apartment. The local office, just round the corner, was open 24-hours a day when we had the occasional question. As in everything, they were polite, helpful and charming. There was nothing we did not find excellent in every way. I recommend this company and its lovely apartments without reservation -- indeed, some friends of ours have already stayed at another apartment owned and operated by the same company, and also found everything superb -- they were very grateful to us for the recommendation and contact details.

IMe, my husband, his parents, grandmother and sister stayed in Residence Rybna for 1 week. After checking numerous hotels we decided that for a group of 6 the most reasonable way to stay in Prague will be to rent an apartment. Rybna was proposed at a very attractive price and located in the historical center. We rented the biggest one, # 31, if I'm not mistaken. That was a spacious two-floor apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The only thing we missed was the absence of an elevator, but that was finally ok. What was good: the residence is, as I have already said, in historical center. Around the corner there was a very nice chocolate shop where we bought incredible sweets. In 2-minute walk you can reach huge shopping center Palladium and shopping street, a very nice pizzeria Pizza Nuova with unforgettable mascarpone dessert, St. Jacob's church, Staromestske namesti, Powder Tower. The apartment is very well equipped, we were also offered a free transfer upon arrival (which was also very nice), the staff were very helpful and friendly.

If you want peace and quiet, a fully furnished apartment in the most central location then this is the place to stay. We booked this apartment as a change to staying in a hotel and what a delight. Approx. 100 mts from the Old Town Square, in a quiet almost traffic free side street lies this place of solitude. The apartment we stayed in was fully furnished with EVERYTHING you would need to live in Prague. This included fridge, microwave, kettle, oven. cutlery, even a washing machine. The plasma TV and satellite system with 100s of channels was merely a bonus. The serviced private entrance also gave it that touch of privacy. A must for any traveller to Prague to try.
