Excellent Accomodation
I stayed in Masna for 6 months with other work colleagues. The apartments are big and clean and have everything you require. If you need anything, the staff are only too happy to help. The location is fantastic too!!

Really spacious apartment
Very spacious and comfortable one bedded apartment, with a lovely living room and separate kitchen/diner. Well equipped and modern kitchen, L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, huge bed and huge shower. (No bath, but I guess you can't have everythng!) Also had a balcony (apartment 24). Friendly staff and great location near the river and National Theatre. Would recommend!

Jakub and Lucy were great. Apartment was very nice, though I thought it had a view of some sort when I booked it. The bed toppers were very hot and shifted around during the night. Also, the water heater in the bathroom banged away quite a bit and the cover would not stay up. Overall, though, very nice stay. Thank you to the team

Had a rest with a family and our two children. I liked everything very much, the check-in went without problems, very professionally, immediately upon arrival at about 8.00 in the morning.

Would definately book again. Perfect location and very helpful staff. Very much space and big bathrooms. We booked transfer to and from the airport and it worked great. The Only thing That could be Better was intructions how to unlock the doors (weird system) and there could be more kitchen facilities (glasses, porcelain etc).

Our 2 BR apartment was very spacious, well equipped (comfortable king beds, small but well equipped kitchen, soaps and cleaning products provided, tea and coffee available, strong Wifi...) and ideally located within the old town. The front office representatives were also helpful and spoke very well English. Some examples: - Airport shuttle at arrival was arranged for a reasonable price; - the washing machine was found out of order but the agency arranged for laundry services free of charge; - Storage of our luggage was proposed to accommodate our late flight on departure day On booking, It should be mentioned in the description that the collection of the keys had to be made at an office located ~900m away from the unit itself. This did not bothered us as we had a driver but can be a problem for some others. Some minor attention to details/maintenance could be done to make this location exceptional. None of the table lights were found working (2 had burned bulbs, 1 was with a UK plug while apartment
