Excellent Accomodation I stayed in Masna for 6 months with other work colleagues. The apartments are big and clean and have everything you require. If you need anything, the staff are only too happy to help. The location is fantastic too!!

Really spacious apartment Very spacious and comfortable one bedded apartment, with a lovely living room and separate kitchen/diner. Well equipped and modern kitchen, L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, huge bed and huge shower. (No bath, but I guess you can't have everythng!) Also had a balcony (apartment 24). Friendly staff and great location near the river and National Theatre. Would recommend!

The apartment is great and well located in the middle of the action. Since the apartment is located in a very busy street, for some people that have trouble getting sleep this could be a negative. Even with the windows closed in the upstairs bedroom you can hear the noises from the street. The AC is good to sleep but they do not provide cool air even with the thermostat at 21 C. The reception office is great, they are open 24/7 and they arranged round trip pick for the airport in a timely and professional manner. They also had our groceries ready when we arrived to the reception office. The Karlova 42 apartment is big and have a perfect accommodations for 2 adult couples as us. Things that you need to know: the upstairs bedroom does not have a door, the bathroom's ceiling is low, therefore if you are a tall person cannot take a shower standing. The bathroom tub does not have a curtain or door, therefore taking a shower is kind of a mission. Overall, the apartment is in great shape and condition, Very secure

Well located and convenient to walk around the city but a lot of noise at night-time from the street below. Blackout blinds might be helpful to aid sleep as would double glazing. TESCO and M&S Food Halls only a short walk away and very good selection of food and wines. Very cheap local beer too! Lots of local bars and restaurants.. Apartment could do with a re-fresh though. Small things like broken lamp covers on the terrace and thus no lighting, noisy shower room fan suggest a lack of care and attention to details. The replacement of curtains to blinds would bring it more up to date Otherwise, a very good city break location. Service excellent from meet & greet at airport, to reception staff and cleaning.

Everything was perfect except for the air-conditioning malfunctioning on some very hot days/nights. However, the staff was very gracious and offered a complimentary ride to the train station. We would definitely stay here again!

Prague City Apartments provided amazing customer service and assisted us with any need that arose including making dinner reservations at various restaurants. Their shuttle service to the airport is timely and the vehicle spacious and clean. We loved the apartment which was quite large and very comfortable - especially the beds and the sofas. We didn't cook other than breakfast and coffee but the kitchen had all of the essentials. The location is perfect with views every apartment window. We watched fireworks from the top floor patio. My only regret is that we weren't there in warmer months so that we could have sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the city. Also, the building is very secure.

Couldn't recommend these apartments highly enough. We were a group of 5 girls away for the weekend and it suited us perfectly. The apartment is bright spacious and clean and it was lovely to be able to sit out on the balcony to have a few drinks. The front of house staff were very pleasant and eager to help. It was also great to be able to arrange a transfer to and from the airport. It was also very good value. I would recommend it to anyone from a group like us to a couple. I will definitely use them again when I return to Prague. Thanks

Great apartment in the center of Old Town. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and right in the heart of all the activities. Front desk and maintenance teams made our stay easy, and the property manager was super responsive. Would certainly go back on our n the visit. Thx!
