Excellent Accomodation I stayed in Masna for 6 months with other work colleagues. The apartments are big and clean and have everything you require. If you need anything, the staff are only too happy to help. The location is fantastic too!!

Really spacious apartment Very spacious and comfortable one bedded apartment, with a lovely living room and separate kitchen/diner. Well equipped and modern kitchen, L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, huge bed and huge shower. (No bath, but I guess you can't have everythng!) Also had a balcony (apartment 24). Friendly staff and great location near the river and National Theatre. Would recommend!

I cannot find anything to criticize about our stay. Perfectly outfitted, large apartment with modern furnishings, big, comfy beds, secure building with an elevator and they accepted our small dog.

Everything about the apartment was perfect for our needs. It is spacious, well designed, pleasantly furnished and in a very safe neighborhood. The location was a short walk to the river and many sights. The staff was friendly and very helpful with anything we needed including dinner reservations. We had a great vacation in Prague and recommend it to all.

The appartment was very spacious and fully equipped with quality brands. The "key" for the appartment door is an electronic card. You have to place it in a slot next to the door to switch on power. This means that the electric clocks are never correct because they lose power every time you go out. The dishwasher can only be run in eco-mode which takes a horribly long time, and it of course stops if you go out. And charging your mobile phone while you go to a concert is also a no go. So ask for an extra door card that you can leave in the slot while you'r out! You will get one, because the staff are exceptionally friendly and cooperative. There's a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. The street is surprisingly quiet for being that close to the Karl's Bridge. We didn't need to use public transport because everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. Both the place and the company can be warmly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were able to walk to everything. The apartment is nicely furnished with all the amenities you need. The 24 hour concierge service is wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

I emailed on several occasions that help is needed as I am travelling with elderly parents but reception was not keen to assist with luggage. On day of check out, had to request again for keys to be picked up from apartment rather than reception. Was told that apartment is checked and all functioning well. But on check in air con was found to be not working. Service personnel came in 3 times to do the same thing - switch off and on again mains but that did not help. I am wondering what training/check list does the staff do when they say an apartment has been checked. Service not personal unfortunately. Specific requests not even entered into system I believe. Sorry not impressed with your staff. Rgds

We spent a week in Krocinova apartment #52 with our 2 kids during Feb 2016. Everything was perfect, from the pickup service at the airport, fast checkin and 24 service. The apartment is really spacious and well equipped, daily room service is really handy (clean up and new towels). We use to rent many apartments when travelling and it is our best experience. I would definitely come back again ! Thanks to the staff !
