Excellent Accomodation I stayed in Masna for 6 months with other work colleagues. The apartments are big and clean and have everything you require. If you need anything, the staff are only too happy to help. The location is fantastic too!!

Really spacious apartment Very spacious and comfortable one bedded apartment, with a lovely living room and separate kitchen/diner. Well equipped and modern kitchen, L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, huge bed and huge shower. (No bath, but I guess you can't have everythng!) Also had a balcony (apartment 24). Friendly staff and great location near the river and National Theatre. Would recommend!

Salvator x2 is a spacious and well lit rental apartment situated in the heart of Prague, near the Old Town Square. Apartment includes living room connected to dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub and is en suite, the second one has a shower and is accessible from the hallway. Living room consists of standard sofa, Sat-TV and table for six, making it an ideal place for relaxation, even when entertaining guests. Apartment has a small, but sufficient kitchenette with all necessary appliances for whole family meal preparation. Design is a combination of modern and antique furniture, thus creating a unique atmosphere.

There was a great deal of confusion about check in and the instructions kept changing. Your staff was responsive but apparently the owner was interfering.

The front office service was ok but slow and takes time . More on the apartment , the kitchen and cutlery was not clean as well as the microwave ! The apartment had a smoking smell ( and it is a nonsmoking apartment ), as I understood from the office that was from the cleaning staff and they apologised to us. The master bathroom had a smell of birds too. The A/C was struggling to cool the apartment ( only the master room and the living room had A/C but the other room didn't have an A/C !!! As a summery : Need more cleaning A/C needs improving The apartment needs ronvation Very small kitchen ! Thanks

I am really impressed with the service we received. The 24 hour chat line is such a great service and I always received a reply to my emails promptly. We just had one problem, as we were renting two apartments, it was difficult to differentiate between the different keycards. Also the Wi-Fi occasionally cut out, But this wasn't a huge problem. I would highly recommend Prague City Apartments and wouldn't hesitate to use their service again. The staff are fantastic .

no TV for english speakers, kitchen was very small, cosmetics were nicer in Karolina, no plug adaptors, a bit noisy guy living upstairs who likes to sing ed sheeran songs loudly in the evenings, works going on in 5 Dusni Saturday evening. thats all the issues i found really.Thanks
