Excellent Accomodation I stayed in Masna for 6 months with other work colleagues. The apartments are big and clean and have everything you require. If you need anything, the staff are only too happy to help. The location is fantastic too!!

Really spacious apartment Very spacious and comfortable one bedded apartment, with a lovely living room and separate kitchen/diner. Well equipped and modern kitchen, L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, huge bed and huge shower. (No bath, but I guess you can't have everythng!) Also had a balcony (apartment 24). Friendly staff and great location near the river and National Theatre. Would recommend!

Welcome to the largest one bedroom apartment in the Residence Karolina. This unique attic apartment is located at the 5th floor (lift available) in the front part of the building and it offers untraditional view over the Old Town roofs. The apartment features wonderfully spacious living room with integrated working space, fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, dining area tied directly to the kitchen, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower and additional toilet for your guests. Although the apartment is facing the front part of the building is due to its high position and roof windows very quiet. The entire apartment is equipped with air-con units.
We would like to recommend this apartment to anyone demanding spacious and flexible accommodation; it’s perfectly suitable for long term business travellers as well as for the small family (up to 4 members) visiting Prague for a couple of days.

Competent and friendly stuff, well equiped appartmemt even tabs for the dish washer and the nespresso machine. The location close to the Karlsbridge is perfect for visiting the city. Different options for breakfast,dinner or even bars for a drink.A mini market accross the street. But it was not noisy. If you travel by car it is recommended to buy a park Ticket for the City ( 15 euro per day about) . I would choose again.

The apartments are excellent. Very comfortable and spacious. The beds are extremely good. Everything was spotlessly clean. Location is perfect. Short walk to all sightseeing spots. Metro and tram nearby as well as various supermarkets and mini-markets. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The offices are open long hours and all staff very helpful. Only issue we had was with the blinds or lack of. Coming from southern Europe we are used to blinds on the windows and found there was a lot of light coming in at 5 in the morning when the sun came up. Problem largely solved by changing apartments. All in all, 10 out of 10!

Lovely attic apartment. Spacious , clean and comfortable. Great location close to heart of Old Town yet quiet. Really good cafes and shops nearby including Tesco. 24 hour reception and cleaning for longer stay are a real bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

I was visiting Prague with my wife from August 1st - 7th, during which time there was an incredible heat wave occurring. I had originally booked an airbnb with a different company, but cancelled my stay there because the air conditioning unit was nonfunctional and the apartment was 35 degrees celsius inside. Desperate for A/C, I found Prague City Apartments and booked with them for the remaining 6 days due to their multiple wall AC units in the apartment. As fate would have it, the 5th floor apartment that I booked was having an issue due to the heat wave, and the A/C units kept shutting off causing the apartment to be unable to cool down. As you can imagine, this was a little upsetting having chosen this place solely because of their air conditioning, however the staff was truly excellent, making every attempt to fix the problem, and ultimately transferring me to a lower level unit that was not experiencing issues. I would highly recommend the Residence Karolina. The apartment itself was gorgeous and very well equipped - including an iron! It is very handy to tourist sites and public transit, as well as to lovely green spaces. The front office staff were also exceedingly helpful - and I especially appreciated the assistance with airport transfer - which was offered at a very reasonable rate.

I had the great pleasure of staying at Residence Karolina in February. I had previously stayed at Residence Masna last year and was very pleased with Karolina. The location is ideal as it's located a few minutes walk to the center of the old town, but also close to the new town also. The room we stayed in was on the 5th floor and had a beautiful open plan layout. Needing to work while in Prague the staff were extremely helpful with setting up and extra desk in our apartment. The wifi was a little slow at times but was fine overall. The only other somewhat negative was the size of the bathroom. It was tiny and there was nowhere to put toiletries apart from the cabinet above the sink which would be ample for a short stay but for 4 weeks it would have been helpful to have some other surface space. There was a washer and dryer for those staying longer which we found very helpful. The cleaning staff were impeccable and the apartment was always clean.
