Excellent Accomodation I stayed in Masna for 6 months with other work colleagues. The apartments are big and clean and have everything you require. If you need anything, the staff are only too happy to help. The location is fantastic too!!

Really spacious apartment Very spacious and comfortable one bedded apartment, with a lovely living room and separate kitchen/diner. Well equipped and modern kitchen, L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, huge bed and huge shower. (No bath, but I guess you can't have everythng!) Also had a balcony (apartment 24). Friendly staff and great location near the river and National Theatre. Would recommend!

Good apartment with everything you need. Staff were cheerful and helpful. They even had umbrellas to lend when it rained. : ) Cleaning service was great too. Nice location close to old town. Occasionally a bit noisy with traffic but that is to be expected in the middle of the city. I would happily stay again.

The front office personnel went above and beyond. Anything we needed they did. They were also willing to give their recommendations for what to do and where to eat. It is an easy 10 minute walk to Old Town Center and less than 5 minute walk to public transportation. We truly enjoyed our stay at Residence Karolina, and, if we return to Prague, will stay here again.

We stayed here in October 2016 for a week. Fantastic location where you can walk to everything (i.,e old town centre, Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, etc.). The apartment was very roomy and the kitchen had everything we could ask for to cook. The wifi was consistent and there were a few English language channels on the TV (not that we watched much). The staff all speak very good English and were extremely helpful if we had any questions. LOVED this apartment and would recommend without hesitation.

Residence Karolina was recommended to us and our stay there could not have been better! The very warm welcome at the reception, the spacious, clean and well equipped apartment were all much appreciated. Although we had booked a driver through the company to meet us at the airport, our plane was delayed and the driver was unable to wait for us. The reception at the apartments were quickly in contact with us to apologize and gave us the information about taxi fares. The return journey organised at the reception, to the airport a few days later was prompt and very efficient. We would highly recommend Residence Karolina as a place to stay in Prague.
